Our shipping methods ease your everyday life, keeping your focus on your priorities and not on our logistics. Goods are shipped to our facility from Europe, and Alimart monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouse to when it is in your hands.
Orders will be charged AED 30 shipping fee (non-refundable).
The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the customer and is levied based on the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The order that exceeds AED 1,000 customers will shoulder the payment for Customs Duty and VAT charges. Otherwise, if the order is below AED 1,000 the customers will only pay VAT charge during the delivery.
We ship items out as soon as we get them from the sellers, but this will not be the same day as your order. In general, you will receive your item within the shipping time frame 5-10 Business days (Weekend and Holiday is not counted). If we anticipate a longer lead time, our team will reach you through your registered contact details (Email or Mobile number).

Some of our items have an "express delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can see the delivery estimates and fees by adding an item to your cart.
Stock and availability shown on this site are for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to the cart and the time your order is processed.
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.
Alimart has the right to cancel any order, prior to charging the customer, if any of the items in an order are prohibited as per U.A.E. regulations.
