Shipping

If your purchase is above AED 250, your order will be free delivery. And you will only be charged AED25 for purchases below AED 250. Also, all the items are shipped DDP - meaning Duties and Taxes are included in the item's price and prepaid.

Once our team in Germany receives the item from our supplier, they will dispatch it as soon as possible. The transit period will only take 2-3 days from the day the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. In general, you will receive your item within the shipping time frame of 10-15 Business days (Weekends and holidays are not counted). 

In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.  And since our product will be coming outside the UAE there are rare cases in which customs will require valid identification documents (Passport or Emirates ID) this will only be used for customs verification only if the customer refuses to provide the documents required, the shipping fee is not refundable and only the product amount will be refunded.

Alimart has the right to cancel any order, prior to charging the customer, if any of the items in an order are prohibited as per U.A.E. regulations.
