Return and Refund Policy
The product/s you received over 14 days can no longer be accepted. You have 14 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it if:
· The received item was not the same as described in the advertisement or posted on the website.
· The product was damaged or defective.
· Please note that we can’t accept the return request for warranty reason’s as we already indicated on this page that we are only offering 14 calendar days to return the damaged or defected item/s.

· Once the return process has been arranged, our delivery service partner may take 2-3 business days to collect the product/s from you. Please note that you have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition (the same as how you received the package).
· You can also directly visit our office to return the item.
· All Products are inspected when we get them back to determine whether they are in original condition or otherwise eligible for a refund. Any Products that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will be rejected. An item such as garments, personal grooming, or any hygiene-related products cannot be refunded once opened or used.
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed immediately. Refunds may take 7-15 business days to show on your credit/debit card statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
